(We started a quarantine 14 days before the lockdown started so might be a bit ahead of you)
Last day of the menu today and we are going to take a break from it while we are in lockdown and can't get the exact ingredients we want. So rustle up a la TV's Best Home Cook with whatever is going off first is the order of the day. We'll try to stick to 2 veg days and 2 fish days a week but they will happen whenever we can.
I'll update you with pictures and concoctions as well as my thoughts as we go along.
Last menu meal today was fish cakes and chips from the freezer and agnetti. Not the most impressive meal to end the menu on but lockdowners can't be choosers. Tomorrow would be a veg day normally, check back to see what we rustle up!
