Ocado swapped our chosen organic chicken for a mahoosive one in our last order so today we made ourselves roast chicken which was super yum.
And the carcass simmering in the slow cooker for soup. (We'll let it simmer overnight and add some chopped veg in the morning.)
A whole chicken does always seem to give you more than idividual bits.
So you'll be hearing more about the mega chicken!
We had apple jalousie left for pudding, so we're super well fed tonight!
Breakfast was a sftening avocado mashed with wee drops of olive oil and tomato balsamic on toast and a wee bit of steak. Lunch was anoodle cup from mr.lee.
